The army has this morning raided my home, arrested all my security guards and anyone they could see around my premises. No reason for the arrest was given.

We just tabled before the nation evidence that the January 14th election was massively rigged. From our tally (even with all the ballot stuffing) we beat Gen. Museveni with 54.19% but he went on to declare himself! We are now back to the PEOPLE OF UGANDA.

Lost count of how many international journalists have told us they've been denied visas of accreditation to come to Uganda and cover the election! This is in addition to government deliberately refusing to invite observers perceived to be very objective!

After imprisoning our entire campaign team, today they blocked the new medical & security teams and impounded the media cars. They said I must go to the campaign alone. But the people are saying something. Iganga earlier. This is a revolution.

10 days now, the police & military continue to lay siege on our party headquarters in Kamwokya, Kampala. No body is allowed to go in. They've not given us any reason. The regime is determined to frustrate all our work. We're also determined not to give up.

The God we serve never sleeps! Today they arrested all the 23 members of our new campaign team & impounded the cars. They thought they had broken our back. I literally went to Namayingo alone. But this is how we were recieved! The wave is unstoppable!

Apart from arresting my campaign team & security team, for over a month now more than 2000 NUP supporters have been picked up from their homes in the dead of the night and detained in unknown locations! Living under a dictatorship is such an experience!

Fabian Luuka was kidnapped a few weeks back and subjected to grave torture by operatives. He was dumped in Nakawa. Our welfare team has done everything to support his treatment. He passed on yesterday. The ruthlessness!

Here is 75 year old Regina Namukasa. On 6th January, her three sons were abducted by security operatives. Her search for them in prisons hasn't yielded. She is one of the hundreds of parents and relatives whose people are missing.
