This week I went to the balcony where Churchill made his victory speech 75 years ago today. It reminded me that when Britain comes together we can overcome anything. #VEDay

We owe everything we most value to the generation who won the Second World War. Because of their victory 76 years ago millions today live in peace. We remember and salute them.
