Wrote to PM @RuhakanaR requesting that Uganda allows to receive Ugandans, citizens of fraternal African states & African-Americans stuck in parts of China. Our expectation is they would be quarantined on arrival as required. Awaiting response #savingourownsouls #AtlantaBlackStar
