A lot of you might know this already but the chapter title for 318 in Japanese is ヤミクモ (yamikumo),, which means “dark cloud”, which is the name of Deku’s prototype.

Once again English is not my native language, so when I read “bolster” the first thing that came to my mind was this round thing we hug when we sleep (I think it’s a Southeast asian things) and I was like YEAH, kacchan is Deku’s bolster 😭✊

I know there are several versions of fan translations for this part, with the official using the word “bolster” for “補完する”, but the definition of this word in Japanese is “to fill in an incomplete part, and make it complete.”

People seemed to forget that the 2nd was someone who gathered people to work together and fight against AFO, meaning he believed that together is better.
The complete opposite of Deku who is trying to do this alone, out of fear.
