Together with fellow MPs, we visited the victims of landslides in #Bududa. We delivered mattresses & some other items for relief. We also promised to push for a proper understanding of the problem, proper planning & subsequent budget allocation to mitigate the recurrent disaster.

I'm in touch with some like minded colleague Members of Parliament discussing ways of assisting the people of Bududa, but most importantly demanding that government puts in place concrete measures to prevent the recurrence of these tragedies every year. #Bududa
