An “unofficial” announcement just came out by military government that all internet must be cut off from 1AM to 9 AM tonight. We,civilians have no idea what it is for but a tank came in the city this evening and now lots of soldiers came in to the city.

Wai Yan Tun 16, was volunteering to help injured persons during the crackdown by the Military in #Mandalay where he was shot to head yesterday. His last words were “I don’t think I can make it” when referring himself as son to other helpers surrounding.
