For what it’s worth I don’t expect Boris Johnson to resign. There’s nothing in his past that suggests he’s capable of a selfless act. Instead he’ll feel sorry for himself and do whatever he can to cling to power, adding further insult to injury he has already inflicted #Partygate

Lots of people criticising the Met Police for their #Partygate whitewash but they’ve actually thrown huge shade at Boris Johnson. According to them he’s that much of a saddo that as soon as he turns up at a party it’s legally downgraded to a work gathering.

Tories are already trotting out the line that we can’t change Prime Minister because of the horrific events in Ukraine. They know that’s nonsense. Would they have cancelled a general election?
