This year marks the 88th anniversary of #Holodomor, a most tragic event that took the lives of many Ukrainians, Kazakhs, Russians, Moldovans, Belarusians & others. As a rapporteur of the #PACE report on Holodomor in 2010, I honour the memory of the victims of this tragedy.
