#Russia: Child was beaten up by other children on a snow hill because his snow tube was Blue & Yellow in #Nolinsk, a town of 10,000. The children called him 'Ukrainian' as a derogatory term. We gave Putin a full year to accomplish this, instead of acting decisively on Feb 24 2022
