At @NATO FMs we agreed the #MadridSummit is a vital moment for collective security. We must:
➡️ Reinforce NATO defence
➡️ Support 🇺🇦 and other nations at risk
➡️ Take a global outlook protecting Indo-Pacific as well as Euro-Atlantic security
