Some people pointed out something very interesting: in the last page, Kurogiri uses "ore" to refer to himself. That's not how he usually talks, he's a "watashi" type of guy. You know who uses ore? That's right, Shirakumo 😶🌫️ #MHA373

Kurogiri then breaks free and holds Shigaraki's hand with his mist. We can see some of Shirakumo's traits on his face, like a pupil and the bandage on his nose, but he says "I am the one who protects Tomura Shigaraki". Spinner passes out. End of chapter #MHA373
