I went to #Kinmen to honour those who sacrificed their lives to defend #Taiwan against aggression in 1958. Their legacy of unity & resilience is what we need most today to protect our democracy, freedoms & regional peace.

My heartfelt thanks to the #EU for their generous donation of 10,000 Lumpy Skin Disease vaccines to fight cattle disease in #Kinmen. Their timely assistance shows the true value of friendship, & will help contain the disease & protect #Taiwan’s livestock industry.
