Heartening to see the Karnataka HC #HijabRow ruling follow strict constitutional principles.
Similar clarity must follow on legacy anomalies undermining the constitution, eg discrimination against Hindus managing their own places of worship & establishing educational institutions

1/3 ~ Reviewing the various provisions under the #Karnataka Education Act 1983 ,the state government has the right to decide on the uniform in “schools & colleges”.
