The @GOVUK made solemn promises to #HongKong to uphold its human rights and way of life.

This is a letter returned to the family of Tang Kai-yin - one of the #HK12 who has been in Shenzhen prison since 2020.
Reportedly no money for his well-being has been drawn for months, and family mail returned.
