The main problem however, is the fact that their targets are completely insufficient in the first place.

Sweden is heading for an unprecedented heat record. The national annual temperature average 2020 will be 7.5°C. That’s about 2.8°C (!!) above 1960-1990 baseline. And 0.6°C (!!!) above previous record from 2014. These numbers are literally off the charts.
