#ColdCase: Mon. 29 Nov. 1999; a non-Japanese male jeweler was killed and set on fire in a Torigoe 2-chome building. Probes suggest #WantedSuspect #DiwakarSethia, went back home to India or Nepal. We are seeking info also in Hindi and other languages.
