Here is the summons to defendant that I received by DPC 14223 of Hong Kong Police Force recently. The government prosecuted me with the charges of participating unauthorized assembly. The court hearing take place on 15 September 2:30pm at West Kowloon Magistrates Courts.

As I told @appledaily_hk, Beijing’s latest threat to somehow “not recognize” BN(O) passports is ludicrous. #HongKong citizens use our HKIDs to exit the territory and, if we enter China, use our so-called “Return Home Permits.” Meanwhile, British citizens use their UK passports.

I has sounded the alarm, noting that though he never gave police his phone password after being arrested in Aug, prosecutors presented me with a list of Telegram and WhatsApp chat messages from my iPhone. As of 15/1, police have still not returned phone.
