Seems this update adds futureproofing for SplatNet 2 shutting down - error handling functionality and a message for Murch was added.

Seems that there are people going around with some cheats / hacks in Splatoon 2. If it is obvious who is cheating, remember to report them in the Nintendo Switch Online app's SplatNet 2 service. Go to Battles, tap the match, tap the player, and scroll down to the report button.

There's been some uproar on Reddit and tumblr following the Switch 11.0 update about it including Google Analytics functionality.

There are some players going around in League Battle likely performing Denial-of-Service attacks on their opponent's Internet connections, causing them to disconnect. They have managed to reach rank 1 on the leaderboard with this.
