Nintendo appears to have patched Paper Mario to artificially drop the frame rate in the pause menu for some reason?? They also deliberately don’t cap the FPS of one specific sub-menu.

A free Splatoon 2 demo will be released on March 26 and run for the entire week. You can play Turf War, Ranked Battle, and Salmon Run. You can also play with friends who own the game. Save data will transfer to the final game as well. twitter.com/SplatoonJP/sta…

I sent in my Joy-Con under Nintendo of America's free Joy-Con repair program. They sent me either brand new or newly refurbished Joy-Con. If you're in the regions that are covered by NoA (US/Canada/Mexico), I highly recommend taking advantage of it while you still can.

Development builds of Nintendo-developed emulators for the Switch have been leaked on 4chan: SNES, Game Boy Advance, and Game Boy.
Of note, the Game Boy emulator is codenamed Hiyoko, and the Game Boy Advance emulator is codenamed Sloop.

The Worker's Cap was the final Salmon Run gear. Starting in August, previous Salmon Run reward gear will be used. In addition, the reward gear will change every shift instead of every month.

I was looking through the NES Switch app with @KapuccinoHeck and @Simon1844. I found four emulator types:
Kachikachi (NES Classic)
Canoe (SNES Classic)
Hiyoko (???)
Count (???)
This could mean there will be two new Classic consoles and/or three new consoles for Switch Online.

Your name set as “Player” by default. You will be able to set a name after your first battle.
However, there is a bug in the demo.

FWIW, this article title is misleading. NEX dates back ~20 years, but N has used it for only around ~10.

Interestingly, Fall Guys has the "NintendoSDKPlugin.dll" file in its game files on Steam.
This means that the Fall Guys Unity project has support for the Nintendo Switch's SDK (not necessarily that it *will* come to Switch). It's also been there since the first version.
