Yes, the Salmon Run schedule is ending on Feb 4th. I also just checked the data following the recent Splatoon 2 server maintenance, and this is still the case.
I will update my site if/when Nintendo adds new rotations.

Sloop is a very accurate emulator.
It is the third emulator ever that is able to pass Nintendo’s “AGS Aging Cartridge”.
This ROM was formerly used during manufacturing to find defective hardware.

It appears that all NPLN game servers have now been taken down for “maintenance”. Attempting to use online features in these games results in the error code 2321-4993.
Affected games:

Salmon Run versions of the Blaster, Charger, Brella, and Slosher return. A new Salmon Run version of the Stringer was added.
All existing rare events return, along with two new ones: Mudmouth Eruptions and Giant Tornado.

You are now no longer able to add funds to your balance on the Wii U and 3DS eShops. (Adding funds via a linked Nintendo Account is still possible.)

(When Nintendo wants to add a Splatfest which differentiates itself from others, they add a type and corresponding codename. For example, Final Fest was "SAI" for "saigo", or "final" in Japanese.)
