I re-ran my tick rate tests on version 1.2.0, and it still seems to be 15Hz.
I’m not sure what Nintendo changed to reduce transfer delays by 3 frames. Perhaps there was some sort of bug that caused data sending to be delayed.

There is a typo in the English version 3.1.0 patch notes.
Movement speed with a charged REEF-LUX 450 will be increased by 20%, not 10%.
The new speed will be 0.084 DDU / frame. (This is the same speed you move at when firing an N-ZAP.)
