The world cannot and must not keep quiet about broad daylight abductions. This happens daily, except it's not captured on camera. Some of the abducted people are never seen again! @hrw @_AfricanUnion @AmnestyEARO @usmissionuganda @EUinUG @UKinUganda @UNHumanRights @UNWatch

Another abduction caught on camera! Only God knows what they did to that woman as soon as the doors were closed. Everyone who gets into the drone gets the first dose of torture, as they promise it's a taste of what is to come! Meanwhile, Museveni criticised Obote for panda-gari!

While everyone is still shocked by @KakwenzaRukira gruesome torture images by Museveni’s son, this is how NUP Cordinator Masereka looked like upon return from the CMI torture chambers in Mbuya. #stopfundingtheoppressor @IntlCrimCourt @UN_HRC

We appreciate the @EUinUG for this statement condemning torture and other violations. We call on the countries within the EU to take more firm action against the regime which uses torture and enforced disappearances for control. A lot has been said, yet the situation gets worse! twitter.com/EUinUG/status/…

...and Buganda never changed name, IT IS STILL BUGANDA!

He was Walugembe Mukaabya, later named Mutesa 1 after he reformed. It's his prime minister who was Kayiira Ssentamu Salongo Mumazi wa bbanja (son of Nabembezi), later named Kamalabyona, a reformist katikiro. He is my great great great grandfather. He's buried in Senge Wakiso. twitter.com/cobbo3/status/…

The world cannot and must not watch on any longer. These are crimes against humanity for which the International Criminal Court - ICC was put in place. Museveni, his son and all the enablers of these gross violations of human rights must be sanctioned and indicted!

I am glad that Kakwenza has not allowed the intimidation. I am proud of your strength and resilience brother. Let's keep struggling. The struggle for freedom and democracy will end in victory.

After brutalising him in this manner, the dictator's son shamelessly tried to compromise him. He asked him not to show his torture wounds to the world- and promised that they can give him a job, and he stops writing! Some how, like Museveni, Muhoozi thinks everyone has a price

When our brother Kakwenza Rukirabashaija visited me, he narrated to me the ordeal he went through under military detention on the orders of Museveni's son, Muhoozi Keinerugaba. What you see here is just a small fraction of what they did to him!
911
According to his account, Muhoozi personally participated in his torture, most of which took place at a torture chamber he believes is in Entebbe. On two occasions, Muhoozi met him and demanded that he stops criticising the regime, or else the worst will happen to him.

Our request is that more firm action is taken against the regime and its enforcers, who use torture to silence and intimidate critics. #WeAreRemovingADictator

This short video summarises the gist of the book we recently launched: EXPENSIVE POVERTY. Watch and learn a thing on why aid fails and how it can work. youtu.be/w7MqbAl1KNY

Thank you @usmissionuganda for this important statement. As Martin Luther King said, "In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends." I thank you for not keeping silent about the crude violations on our people by the Museveni regime! . twitter.com/usmissionugand…

Congrats comrade Justus Mugenyi Kizito on your decisive victory as Guild President, Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST). Despite the intimidation, the students have spoken loud and clear. The people's revolution continues to grow! #PeoplePowerOurPower

Passed by Kagga to pay tribute to fallen brother #MowzeyRadio. Four years since he left but it feels like yesterday. I was happy to find Maama strong and smiling. Brother Frank and the sisters are keeping the vibe alive. Indeed Radios never die, they only change frequency.

All Ugandans of good conscience need to stand in solidarity with the Members of Parliament, in this protest against torture, illegal arrests, long periods of detention without trial and military trials. If each one of us does what we can, the criminal regime will be no more! twitter.com/MathiasMpuuga/…

Met with Masereka Samuel for a chat. His story is horrifying. What's more horrifying? He says there are many CHILDREN and WOMEN at the CMI facility. And many NUP supporters who have spent over a year there! Their daily bread is torture! There'll be justice. Only a matter of time.
919
In the evening of every evil regime, they always resort to widespread torture to silence opponents, but it never saves them.
920
Today, comrade Masereka Samuel addressed the press alongside leaders of @NUP_Ug. He showed to the nation the extent of torture subjected to him at the CMI facility in Mbuya. The regime may amuse itself for hurting us in this way, but these are signs that they are on the way out.

It was great catching up with brother Kakwenza Rukirabashaija over breakfast. His story is horrifying. We should all wish him a quick physical and psychological recovery. #WeAreRemovingADictator #FreeAllPoliticalPrisonersUganda #36yearsofoccupationuganda.

From being told we only have 300 ICU beds in 🇺🇬, only 1 cancer radiotherapy machine (which often breaks down), and now only 3 dialysis machines! Limping healthcare! The rulers don't care- they get their treatment abroad. They'd rather spend the money buying new guns and teargas!

The three were driven in a drone and dumped in Kasese at 6:00pm yesterday. Ordered not to talk to, or show the torture wounds to the press. For 21 days, the interrogation has been on why they support and mobilise for NUP in Kasese. Friends, this is what is happening in Uganda!
924
After 21 days of severe torture at CMI Mbuya, Kasese NUP Registrar Samuel Masereka & two others were taken to Kireka, charged with 'subversive activities' and released on bond. These are pictures of Masereka's body upon release! It is time for the world to stop watching on!

A great pleasure meeting with H.E. President @HHichilema whose recent victory and the progress made so far in Zambia provides great encouragement and inspiration. President Obasanjo continues to push for democracy on the continent. A great pleasure drinking from his cup of wisdom
