Our Journalist found Hydrogen Cyanide gas detector sound its siren after the tear gas fired by HKPF & the photo show that the reading was 12.1 ppm which exceeded OSHA (10 ppm), over 2.5 times of NIOSH & ACGIH (4.7 ppm) @ Wan Chai.
