1/4) I saw artists demystifying paintings, so I thought I would too. This is a painting I did in 2019 for Omega Academy. It took me 24-35 hours roughly to finish. This was when I was on a curve of learning to draw better (not that great at drawing) and slow

How very artist of you to have 782,926,143 reference photos saved on your phone you'll never use

Ai being used to white wash See Lo Ai is really not having a great track record with bringing out the best in the world twitter.com/iamseelo1/stat…

A lot of people are asking what tool we use for Ai detection it’s Hive. It’s not 100%, but it’s nearly hivemoderation.com/ai-generated-c…

A big problem with not understanding the tech, and also promoting that computers learn like humans is brought on by marketing to normalize theft. A computer and a person do not learn the same computers DO NOT “SEE”. The wording in this is clever and wicked twitter.com/karenxcheng/st…

Answer me then, Emad. You’ve put thousands of people out of work. You claim to not want to replace humans however I lost a contract today with a publisher bc they started using a Stable Diffusion Model based on my art. How are you going to address this? My Art isn’t fair use. twitter.com/EMostaque/stat…

Publishers switching to Ai/Ml for marketing and saying “it’s just to give a glimpse of what is in my head”, truly do not care about the people they are putting out of work and in some cases making them think of su*cide You are benefiting from free labor while acting like victims

Articles like this are written to push an agenda and normalize exploitation. They wrote an article about how AI should be used as covers and doing a small bit of research they are making AI generated covers, no surprise This person is trying to make a cheap buck on authors dimes

The amount of times I have to remind pro-Ai that I am a tech. I went to school for programming, I worked with datasets, and definitely know how this works. If myself and nearly all white hats, and ethical programmers are saying Ai/Ml is wrong. Maybe listen. twitter.com/JonLamArt/stat…

Listen to me when I say: WRITING YOUR LOCAL AND HIGHER GOVERNMENTS IS THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO Tell them about job loss, foreign exploitation, data breach, data gathering, and how Ai/Ml hurts the market and is not fair competition

Japan has lost its touch with reality, this will kill the industry of animation. The economy is not going to get better with stealing from your animators. Why would anyone care to invest when they can do the exact same for free? twitter.com/StabilityAI_JP…

Japan is greatly affected by Ai as they are one of the first to try to adapt it. But they leave their artists to be stolen from and lose their jobs. Artists have to fight for their rights to their own artwork! The amount Henken has been used in Ai is ridiculous. twitter.com/henken_second/…

I've been seeing a push for "AI is sentient it needs rights" as a way to market for copyright. This really shows how uneducated the masses are to tech sadly. AI is machine learning. It is just code. Stable Diffusion, MJ, Firefly are just code. there is no intelligence.

I will take what is not mine, and give you pennies for it, and you will smile and agree that it is fair, bc there is no escape from it anyway. twitter.com/creativecloud/…

People running warm up sketches thro Ai and saying it looks better than the OG, have no clue what a warm up is. It’s to tests values, colors, and get your muscle memory active. It’s not for perfection.
93
I have 10 covers and novel art to finish by next months end, I cannot possibly work harder, faster for cheaper. I work thro weekends, and long into the night, and volunteer to advocate for ethical Ai. When Ai is stealing that hard work we do for free and selling it back to you twitter.com/meganroseruiz/…
94
The end goal of Ai/Ml is for corporations to charge you money from nothing and pay no employees so they can maximize profits. It would be a good model if this wasn’t capitalism at its extreme of exploitation and theft.
95
Adobe already takes their cut from stock when purchased. Adobe does not own the rights to the images the creators host on adobe shop. This is actual corporate theft we are seeing in action to their contractors. twitter.com/Adobe/status/1…
96
And yet all Ai/Ml is doing is stealing from the poor to exploit artists, authors, and photographers to give back to the rich twitter.com/BillGates/stat…
97
Emad, with all due respect there was no collaboration between artists and AI. You are being more transparent than most ML currently, but your openness has also allowed specific prompt training, models which include less than 200 images, images that target my style. twitter.com/EMostaque/stat…
98
Saying AI/ML is not theft is them trying to normalize it. We should not let this get normalized

From this post just stating we have a way to protect ourselves I receive way to much direct OH comments. Does anyone see how odd this is? We just simply say don't use our artwork, and we will protect ourselves, to these kinds of comments.. twitter.com/ZakugaMignon/s…

Only a few of the comments I got yesterday with the release of Glaze. I’d like to remind you that all Glaze does is add noise so an image cannot be directly copied in Ai. You are not entitled to our artwork.
