The argument that photoshop is “just a tool like Ai”, is fundamentally wrong. Photoshop requires a direct skill of learning anatomy, color theory, composition, and knowing how to draw. Tim at Epic games doesn’t even know what the artists there do.

Yes nearly every artist sells licensing to their artwork. Very rarely do you sell full copyright.

It cannot be an idea - Ai is merely typed “ideas”.
It has to be created by you. Ai image gens are never created by humans.
