Had the weekend off & was able to catch up with Chainsaw Man, Hero Academia, & Bleach.
All 3 of those productions look amazing. Anime fans should feel very lucky. Clearly the industry is in moment where many high quality productions can get produced at the same time.

On top of storyboarding, I also animated a LOT for One Piece 1017. Almost exactly 2 minutes’ worth.
First, I animated Kid`s transformation sequence. Kid hasn`t gotten the spotlight some other characters have in One Piece, so I hope fans feel like I gave him a moment to shine.

FYI to my followers: The Opening animation is the last bit of animation you`ll see from me for while (a few months) so I can focus on some *big* important scenes.
When you see me again, it`ll be massive.
A big step forward in my career. 😁

I drew Layouts & Key animation for One Piece FILM RED. I did the underground scene & the 1st half of the Library scene. With this, I`ve now animated ALL the Straw Hat pirates.😁

Prediction: Something big is coming in the ONE PIECE manga very soon. Multiple “everyone’s losing and miserable” chapters in a row leads me to believe a Super Saiyan-like explosion is coming. (Devil Fruit Awakened Luffy?)

Nightmare (for an animator) sequences to clean up right now. Tons and tons of little parts, all with highlights and shadows… but you know what?
The fans deserve it damn it.

As "演出" (Technical Director) of The Weeknd`s "Snowchild" I had to check, correct, alter, etc every sequence in the music video.

Our studio @dartshtajio assisted @powerhouseanim w/ Castlevania S3 ep10! We got AMAZING rough animation by @_tamlu & finished them up. If you think these shots had a little extra detail/smoothness,etc, Maybe just maybe we had something to do with that.😉
