They will be One Stop Centres for citizens, institutions, & commercial enterprises to deposit unused plastic items, clothes, footwears, shoes & books. All collected items will be handed to different stakeholders for reuse & recycling.

We are encouraging all cities to set up RRR Centres to 'Reduce, Reuse, Recycle' to strengthen @SwachhBharatGov’s goal of creating Garbage Free Cities by enabling a circular economy.
These Centres will be operational from 20th May onwards.
