She has been living in Mbuya, not very far from the CMI facility. Before this ordeal, she had been warned against playing "Bobi Wine's music" and ordered to stop supporting us- else she would face dire consequences! They made good their promise in the most evil manner.

For now, I encourage you all to realise we're absolutely on our own and take precautions to avoid getting infected. Deep condolences to those who have lost loved ones. Strength to the sick and those nursing them. Everyone is a potential victim. Everyone is a potential solution!

I hosted leaders of the National Unity Platform in Bukoto South constituency who called on me at Magere to discuss some matters of mutual concern. I took note of the various issues they raised, especially the leadership vacuum in their constituency.

Today, we met with over fifty families of our comrades who were abducted and are still missing, those who are in detention, as well as those who were killed by the regime. We shared a meal, prayed together and yet again reminded the nation about their plight.

For carrying a live coverage of police brutality against me and our supporters in April, Ugandan media houses NTV, NBS, BBS, Bukedde TV and Radio Sapientia have been threatened with revocation of their licenses. Usual script for all despots. Eventually, they fall. Aluta continua

We appreciate the @EUinUG for this statement condemning torture and other violations. We call on the countries within the EU to take more firm action against the regime which uses torture and enforced disappearances for control. A lot has been said, yet the situation gets worse! twitter.com/EUinUG/status/…

Images coming out of Sudan are such a shame to Africa and humanity. The killings must be condemned by all people with a conscience. What a reminder of the danger dictators tend to leave their countries in! I get shocked when people praise tyrants and their naked abuse of power.

Several journalists went to Nakawa to speak to eye witnesses about the knocking dead of comrade Ritah Nabukenya. Witnesses have all been intimidated and ordered not to speak to any journalist about what they saw. As always, police wants to lie about what happened. #Justice4Ritah

These young men [@UgandaCranes], just like most of us work hard to raise our flag high, using their talent even when they are insufficiently facilitated. If musical talent is being suffocated, let's not take all the other talent down the drain.
