On Nintendo’s japanese website in the Kirby 64 section, dating back to its release. there’s a section for Shiver Star that states “It was so cold that all the people who lived there moved.” Technically, it’s unknown what happened to these people

Kirby Triple Deluxe removed a small amount of moves added in Return to Dream Land. However, all except Needle Wheel and Burning Flame still exist in the game, fully functional. Interestingly, Light-Speed Dash exists as well for Spark, a move never added until Kirby Star Allies.

Kirby's Adventure has a particularly difficult puzzle room that was cut from the game. It is cleared by doing this: Hit the stake with stone/hammer -> ditch the ability and inhale Laser Ball to earn laser before it's destroyed -> shoot the laser at the slope -> enter the cannon.
