For the 星のカービィ(Kirby Right Back at Ya) Anime series. Some of the songs made for the series were used in Kirby's Air Ride but always looped and never had an end. Luckily, the OST for the anime was released, and we have endings for each song used.

Only three Kirby games have ever received updates after their initial release: Kirby Battle Royale, Kirby Star Allies, and Super Kirby Clash.
Super Kirby Clash is the only updated game to not receive additional content, and only had a single bug fix.

Kirby Red Diamond is a bootleg Pocket NES conversion of Kirby's Adventure that was made somewhere around 2004. It was sold on early online auction sites and would be taken down if people were to ask questions about its legitimacy.

In Kirby's return to Dream Land Deluxe, new sound effects were added to many boss attacks.
These are most likely to better telegraph the attacks, and to bring Return to Dream Land up to par with the sound design of later games.

In the Kirby Right Back at Ya episode "Scare Tactics - Part 2" there is a scene that is a parody of the shower scene from the 1960's movie "Psycho" where King Dedede whacks Escargoon with his hammer instead of painfully stabbing him.

In the country of Brazil there is a restaurant called "Bob Burger" and it's mascot is a Green Kirby with a hat on. This restaurant is not affiliated with Nintendo or Hal Laboratory.

Milde from Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island strongly resembles Kirby with their pink color and red shoes and rosy cheeks. It is unclear if this is a full on reference to Kirby but Nintendo is known for sneaking easter eggs like this in other games.

Hats off to Yuki Shimooka for being Lead Sound for Kirby's Return to Dreamland Deluxe. His work was really good and definitely captured the Ando style. Hope to hear more songs from him in the future.
