On March 12, 2019, Nintendo released a Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn wallpaper, ton the My Nintendo rewards program. The preview image erroneously included a logo for the game Fortnite. The reward was quickly discontinued and replaced with a corrected version.

Did you know the canceled Kid Kirby game for the Super Nintendo was not being developed by HAL? But rather being developed by DMA Design which wpuld later become Rockstar North? The guys responsible for the Grand Theft Auto series.

Shinichi Shimomura was notorious game developer for Hal Labs for not having a public image despite being the director for the Dark Matter trilogy. It was rumored that he didn't exist or was an alias for someone else up until a Kirby's Dream Course guide book was unearthed.
