In September, we began requiring that new contributors unlock the ability to write notes by first making valuable ratings. This increased average note quality so much that, today, we are retroactively requiring that all contributors meet these criteria in order to write notes.

Each contributor’s limit is equal to their Writing Impact plus 5, unless Writing Impact is negative, in which case the limit is 1. For example: A contributor with -1 Writing Impact can write 1 note every 24 hours. A contributor with 0 Writing Impact can write 5 notes every 24… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
