The opponent seems to be panicking at the public suggestions received to unify the 3 MCDs for better governance (with 1 mayor of all Delhi, almost on par with CM ;)

75 years ago India needed a Truth & Reconciliation Commission, like some colonised nations set up on achieving self governance after long.
Without it (& with establishment collusion) the horrible history of the ravage of Hindu temples was buried.
