More than 17.5 million people have now had their first dose; that's more than 1 in 3 adults in the UK. I want to see the rollout go further and faster in the coming weeks, so we are now aiming to offer a jab to every adult by the end of July.

I told President @ZelenskyyUa this morning that we stand with Ukraine for the long-term. We'll continue to provide equipment to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces defend their country, and we're working intensively to find ways to resume grain exports & avert a global food crisis.

We should help the Ukrainian military not only to take out drones and missiles, but also to take out launch sites. That is the way to protect our Ukrainian friends and to bring the war to an end as soon as possible.

Today I was notified by NHS Test and Trace that I must self-isolate as I have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I have no symptoms, but am following the rules and will be working from No10 as I continue to lead the government’s pandemic response.

I want to say a huge thank you on behalf of the whole country to everyone working in our NHS, for all your hard work at this difficult time.

Tonight I lit a candle by the grave of the Unknown Warrior in Westminster Abbey in remembrance of those who gave their lives for the cause of freedom in the Second World War, which ended in Europe 75 years ago tomorrow. #LestWeForget #VEDay75

I've just spoken to @POTUS and updated him on my meeting with President @ZelenskyyUa in Kyiv this weekend. Our joint focus remains on supporting President Zelenskyy and the Ukrainian people in their fight for freedom. Putin's barbaric venture cannot be allowed to succeed.

Never before in centuries of parliamentary history has the House of Commons listened to an address like that given by President @ZelenskyyUa today. We will employ every method we can for however long it takes to ensure Putin’s invasion fails and Ukraine is free once more.

From today, in England, you will be allowed to meet up to five friends in public outdoor places or in your garden. This will be a moment of joy and relief for many. Please remember to keep 2 metres away from those you don’t live with, and wash your hands regularly.

The pictures and videos from Beirut tonight are shocking. All of my thoughts and prayers are with those caught up in this terrible incident. The UK is ready to provide support in any way we can, including to those British nationals affected.
