In summary: I didn’t know about all the shady pay 2 win stuff at the launch of Battlefront II, I missed that whole thing lol. I thought people just didn’t like it because it had loot boxes and people always complain about those. So far what I played is really fun though. 👍🏻

Just for all those people who like to come out against cosmetic loot boxes, the reason I like them is because if they are done right it can make a rare skin in the game actually rare since you can’t get it any other way (good example of this is Counterstrike GO skins)

I understand if the problem was pay to win micro transactions, but other than that I don’t understand why people hate loot boxes so much they are fun and add an extra little element to the game. AS LONG AS they aren’t pay to win just don’t buy them if you don’t want them.
