The pain of parents whose children have been abducted by the Museveni dictatorship in thousands. For simply supporting me and NUP, these young people are tortured and some murdered! We call on the world to stand with Uganda in these very dark days. #WeAreRemovingADictator

Today, we announced our decision to withdraw the election petition from the Supreme Court. The Court has manifested unprecedented bias, partiality and double standards. Declining our request to file evidence was the last stroke. We are taking the case to the Court of the People.

We just tabled before the nation evidence that the January 14th election was massively rigged. From our tally (even with all the ballot stuffing) we beat Gen. Museveni with 54.19% but he went on to declare himself! We are now back to the PEOPLE OF UGANDA. #WeAreRemovingADictator

I congratulate the President-Elect of the Republic of Kenya, H.E. @WilliamsRuto. Throughout the campaigns, the election and the Election Petition, Kenya has proven that its democracy has come of age. The Region has many lessons to learn. I congratulate the great people of Kenya.

I regret to announce the murder of my security team member Francis Senteza Kalibala aka Frank. He was deliberately ran over by military-police truck, No. H4DF 2382 which blocked us in Busega on our way to Rubaga to get Kasirye Ashraf emergency medical attention. What a day!

Bobi Wine stepped out of the car to question military officers why they were shooting at him and his team. This was their response! - Admin

Upon arrival in Uganda, our diaspora team leader, Herman Ainebyoona went to Lira district to deliver polling day materials on behalf of NUP. Security operatives raided his hotel & violently arrested him. He joins thousands of comrades under detention in the run up to the election

Today we went to the @UNHumanRights office in Kampala to deliver a petition against the continuing abductions, torture and murder of our supporters. The military was waiting. Right outside the gate of the UN office, they attacked and beat up journalists and elected leaders!

Military men raided the workplace of one of our comrades Elijah Mukiibi Kaate, a 24 year old who worked in Kiseka market as a mechanic. He was shot in the stomach & today morning, he passed away. One wonders how many innocent citizens this regime will have to kill on it's way out

In Kyiv-Ukraine to express solidarity with the Ukranian people and leadership against Russia's war of aggression and occupation. If the dictators stand by each other, the democrats should stand by each other too. It's dangerous but noble.

Lost count of how many international journalists have told us they've been denied visas of accreditation to come to Uganda and cover the election! This is in addition to government deliberately refusing to invite observers perceived to be very objective! #WeAreRemovingADictator

This is how citizens are kidnapped in broad daylight by Gen. Museveni and his armed gangs & then taken to unknown places where they are tortured! We cannot and should not allow this to continue. Citizens must and will fight back against this lawlessness. #WeAreRemovingADictator

Returned from prison to find over 37 citizens shot dead in two days. Gen. Museveni is ready to kill thousands to keep in power like he did on the way in. The hunger for freedom is sweeping over Uganda. He may kill us, but he will NOT stop the people's yearning for #Freedom.

This one is dedicated to brother Nubian Li and all comrades in prison for no reason. We were blocked from campaigning but the music will now do the talking. This one is called #Tulonde and it serves as a reminder to all the voters in the remaining days. #WeAreRemovingADictator

After imprisoning our entire campaign team, today they blocked the new medical & security teams and impounded the media cars. They said I must go to the campaign alone. But the people are saying something. Iganga earlier. This is a revolution. #WeAreRemovingADictator

10 days now, the police & military continue to lay siege on our party headquarters in Kamwokya, Kampala. No body is allowed to go in. They've not given us any reason. The regime is determined to frustrate all our work. We're also determined not to give up. #WeAreRemovingADictator

15 days under incommunicado detention at Makindye military barracks, my assistant, #SelectorDavie was produced at Bombo military court & released on bail; hours after we applied for habeas corpus in the High Court. He tells horrifying stories about the experience at the facility

This is Herman Ainebyoona, our diaspora team leader. Like many Ugandans from the diaspora, Herman decided to return home and participate in this historical election. Upon arrival, he volunteered to deliver polling day materials on behalf of NUP to Lira. 1/2

Dear friends, so humbled by the outpouring of love on my birthday. This day in 1982, as my parents dealt with consequences of a stolen election & war raged on in many parts of Buganda, I was born. Growing up to this age is a long story. Am thankful that I've been able to get here

The situation around my home is still tense. Dozens of soldiers are surrounding my home, checking every vehicle that comes in or goes out. All this to suppress the citizens' voices as the emperor crowns himself for a 6th term! In this I am confident- WE SHALL OVERCOME
