Our agents arrived at this polling station at 6:30am (before 7:00am when voting is meant to start). They got this man red handed, stuffing in these ballot papers at Namavundu Church polling station. We are seeing in Kayunga what happened in January & why M7 switched off internet

Regrettable. Standing in solidarity with the journalists of Uganda, whose work has been turned into a military operation. Quick recovery to all journalists who've been battered today! None of us is free until all of us are free. Uganda will be free. twitter.com/DailyMonitor/s…

Thank you @SenatorMenendez for this important statement on safeguarding democracy in Uganda. Truly grateful to the leaders of the world who are standing with the people of Uganda in our pursuit for democracy and the rule of law. foreign.senate.gov/press/ranking/…

This is what many Ugandan children will be returning to on Monday! As #DictatorMuseveni spends trillions on patronage and repressive military equipment, the education sector is on the brink of collapse. With many teachers taking to riding boda-boda & others leaving for kyeyo!

Once again MAKERERE has spoken unequivocally. Ladies and gentlemen, behold the 87th Guild President of Makerere University. Congratulations Shamim Nambassa. Congratulations National Unity Platform. Congratulations Uganda. Aluta continua. #PeoplePowerOurPower

I hope Ugandans who watch these things now fully understand why we must urgently work towards redemption. I was overwhelmed by the masses of people who waited for me at home in Magere. I can't thank you enough! I am thankful to God for getting me home safe. Viva! #PeoplePower

Damulira John (aged 50) was abducted from his shop by heavily armed military personnel on 21st Nov, 2020. Six people he was taken with were dumped in the bush after extreme torture. To date, Damulira's whereabouts are unknown! The regime ignored the court order for his release.

Today 14th Jan, marks one year since Ugandans went to the polls. Many had to endure the sweltering heat of the sun as they waited for their turn to vote. With thousands of our people under detention, Museveni deployed guns, machine guns, mambas and all manner of weaponry. (1/5)

Yet another violent abduction captured on video yesterday! A man, who appears to be of Asian origin is taken away in a private vehicle. We all don't want to imagine what they did to him as soon as the car doors closed. And yet, Museveni still has the guts to criticise Idi Amin!

In a very contemptuous manner, they descended on everyone they could land on and beat them without mercy. They smashed windscreens of the vehicles we went with. Several colleagues were rushed to hospital. Museveni will certainly not force us into submission. We shall be free.

My friend, fellow artiste & #PeoplePower comrade Ziggy Wine was kidnapped only to be found three days back tortured beyond recognition -left eye plucked out, two fingers cut off, belongings taken & left for dead. Pray for him, even as we struggle to end this state of affairs.

This morning, the Electoral Commission notified us that our signatures for nomination have been verified. Once again, I thank all Ugandans who continue to be part of this journey. Together, we shall build a #NewUganda! #3rdNovember2020 #NominationDay #Mission2Freedom

Dr.Namara arrested Dr. Byarugaba, handed him to CID's Tom M. Rwabudongo as reported by C. Twiine. He was interdicted by Diana Atwiine. He's replaced by Dr.Byanyima who has been his deputy! They practice open TRIBALISM & when we expose it, they acuse us of the same. Hypocrites!

The so called Pan-Africanists have ensured that Uganda becomes a leading exporter of maids, security guards & cleaners b'se the economy cannot employ them. Some with degrees! Where they go, they're subjected to all manner of mistreatment. The 'Pan-African' regime simply looks on!

This morning we're scheduled to be in Kyegegwa district. The police arrested many of our team members throughout the night. This morning, they have cancelled the venue which we booked to address our people from & are asking us to look for another venue! #WeAreRemovingADictator

I saw him. I touched his skin. We had a conversation. I can confirm that #Buju_Banton is free, alive and well.

Today, the @NUP_Ug leadership received 12 more Ugandans who have been in detention in Dubai for several months. As of today, we have repatriated 41 Ugandans and we are doing everything to process others. Grateful to everyone who is joining us in this cause despite the challenges

Earlier, on our way to Rwampara, masked men in black police uniforms who trail us on all campaigns, cut us off the road in a remote area and yet again shot at our car flattening the front tyres! The intimidation will not deter the craving for change. #WeAreRemovingADictator

This is Museveni, Uganda's military dictator justifying my torture to near death by his guards in Arua, 2018. Shamelessly admits he stood in the way of justice & ensured perpetrators were never punished! Says this to embolden new recruits to brutalise Ugandans as we near election

I applaud you Hon. Zaake Francis for making in Parliament today this passionate submission against the rampant abduction of our comrades. This is a matter of utmost urgency which all leaders must condemn and seek an immediate halt to.

I've been blessed and touched, how will I ever thank you oh lord? They keep fighting me but I am not giving up. May the stream of Zion fill my spiritual cup. Jah give me strength and protection day and night. #ChosenByGod #Destiny

The truth will always be the truth no matter how many times you try to twist it.

For the 3rd time on the campaign trail, armed forces opened fire at our car and shot the tyres today. They do this to cut our speed, block us from reaching certain places, etc. My conviction is, no amount of intimidation can stop the yearning for change! #WeAreRemovingADictator

For 8 months now, NUP MPs Hon. Allan Ssewanyana and Hon. Ssegirinya Muhammad have been in jail over trumped up charges. The trial is yet to start! Yesterday I checked on them. With great heaviness, they told me the numerous challenges. Such a tragedy to live under military rule!

Yesterday in Bukasa, Temangalo, 'security operatives' moving in the notorious drones shot two citizens! The crime of the driver was trying to overtake the drone. Incidentally, there is a section of paid NRM apologists, who continue to defend this lawlessness. WE SHALL OVERCOME!
