Comrade @AidenKaliisa is a strong @NUP_Ug supporter. On Tuesday they tried to abduct him using a drone but he was tipped to run away! Instead, they took his wife Fiona to try and get to him. Since Tuesday, no one knows where Fiona is. The sheer lack of shame! #BringBackOurPeople

This would be hilarious if it wasn't very sad! Students were invited for a meeting to discuss "education issues". As soon as they assembled, a music band was brought and each student handed a protest note against the EU. They were told to march. A police van cleared the way!

Today we joined the family of Late Hajj Muhamood Mirundi to remember him and pray for him at a Duwa organised in Kabungo, Kalungu District. Hajj Mirundi was the father of Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago and several other prominent persons in our country.

Journalist @BahatiRemmy lives in the US. She's written about the gross human rights violations in Uganda. For that, she's been threatened. Last night, operatives raided her 76yr old father's home in Fort Portal. They didn't find him, so they abducted 3 people from the home!

Apparently, they claimed to be looking for guns which they didn't find. The three people's whereabouts are unknown. Unless Museveni and his criminal gang are stopped, NO ONE including those who defend these acts will not taste them. All people of good will must agree it's ENOUGH

Six days now since Fiona, @AidenKaliisa's wife was abducted by armed men. It is 10 days since they took Gaaza and Abbey. All of them are still missing, in addition to the 15 people picked from Kakiri on 3rd Sept! There must be accountability for these crimes.

At our press conference today, we were joined by families of over 20 comrades and supporters who were abducted by Gen. Museveni's regime and are still missing. These include wives, children, mothers etc. Most were abducted in 2020 and others in the recent months.

We used the press conference to call upon all Ugandans of good will to protest against Gen. Museveni's terrorist regime that continues to cause so much suffering to our people. How does Museveni face such young children, whose parents he has abducted or murdered?

Last week, we saw Museveni using young school children to protest. Our advice to him and all security agencies is to also protect other Ugandans as they exercise their inherent right to protest against his criminal regime.

After yesterday's thoughtless tweets and threats against Kenya, Museveni has rewarded his brutal son with a fresh gift: The rank of full General! He will soon be "retired" as he awaits coronation as head of our country. All people who wish Uganda well must stop being indifferent!

Museveni and his son have been the chief perpetrators and beneficiaries of the worst human rights violations against our people. All these actions are meant to shield them from accountability for crimes against humanity- abductions, torture, rape, mass-murder, etc.
