What is happening in Soroti must be condemned by all citizens. The panicky regime is arresting leaders and polling agents to ensure Hon. Attan Moses isn't declared winner. The very things they did in Kayunga and Omoro! To the people of Soroti, please stand firm!

Uganda's problem is Museveni and military rule. Our struggle must always be a Ugandan struggle. I have rallied the people of Soroti to turn up and vote, but most importantly to guard and defend their vote. I have no doubt in my mind that victory will be on the side of the people.

The murder of four pro-democracy activists by the military in Myanmar, (including Zayar Thaw, a hip-hop artist turned MP) is yet another reminder that democracy can only survive if we all fight back and fight hard. I join the world in condemning these barbaric & criminal actions
