Where would I be without you @BarbieItungoK? I could never ask for a better companion in this wide world. May the almighty see us turn grey together. A happy birthday to you, the love of my life.

Conspiracy by the dictator & his biased Electoral Commission is in a new phase. A plot to rig is set, internet is completely shut down & media is censored. However, the pple of uganda are firm and nothing will stop them from ending this oppresive regime. #WeAreRemovingADictator

Looking back at my life, I can only put my head to the ground and say THANK YOU LORD for the greatest gift- LIFE. As a boy, I never imagined going half this distance but reaching this age teaches me God keeps us alive for a purpose bigger than existing and exiting. #BobiWineAt41

My father was 40 years old when he had me and 40 years later, here I am at 40 with 4 lovely children. I was 4 when our country was taken over and now am 40. What's with the number '4' and me?? They say life begins at 40, so let's toast to life. #BobiWineAt40

It's like only yesterday when I set my eyes on you Barbie Kyagulanyi. Since then, my life has never been the same. For all the smiles and frowns, for all the good and bad times, I praise God we're still the same love birds that made the solemn promise to each other, #ComradeHoney

Everyone including media and my party officials are restricted from accessing me. @ZaakeFrancis was arrested outside my gate as he made his way to my house, he was badly beaten by soldiers. He is now in Rubaga hospital. (ADMIN)

HAPPENING NOW: Heavily armed military and police have once again raided our party offices in Kampala. No one allowed to go in or come out. Museveni after committing the most vile election fraud in history, has resorted to the most despicable forms of intimidation. (ADMIN)

As I announced today, my lawyers joined in representing @Omah_Lay, Tems & the Ugandans charged. Delighted to see the illegal & unfair charges dropped! Evidence that voices matter, that PEOPLE POWER can force the people in power to act. We must never underestimate our potential!

My heartfelt condolences to the people of the United Republic of Tanzania on losing President John Pombe Magufuli. Eternal repose

Dear KENYANS, you now understand what it means to live in Uganda under Gen. Museveni and his son, whom he gifted the highest military ranks and put him in charge of our land forces! Sadly, beneath the senseless tweets lies a monster who brutalises and tortures our people for fun!

Rest well Bunny Wailer. Thank you for your contribution to Reggae music and to humanity. My heart goes to the family, friends and fans all over the world.

The attack now is on our social media pages. Regime operatives have hacked and made attempts to hack all of them. Currently our official Facebook and twitter pages are compromised. As we try to regain full control of them, please disregard any propaganda that may be posted there

At the height of the most fraudulent election, after blocking observers, cutting off the internet and barring everyone except the EC from releasing results, @nbstv was at hand to assist the dictatorship relay cooked figures. This week, I sent them a protest letter.

Dear friends, so humbled by the outpouring of love on my birthday. This day in 1982, as my parents dealt with consequences of a stolen election & war raged on in many parts of Buganda, I was born. Growing up to this age is a long story. Am thankful that I've been able to get here

Everytime we come to this time of the year, I look back and give glory to God for allowing us to see today. Through all trials and tribulations, by God's grace we're alive. Ebenezer, thus far the Lord has brought us! Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

22 days since social media was switched off in Uganda. We must end authoritarian rule. Gen. Museveni treats our country like his personal estate! He doesn't like an NGO? Shuts it down. Unhappy with a media house? Revokes license. Feels threatened by social media? Switches it off!
