We welcome diplomacy but we firmly oppose @ASEAN and int’l community playing along SAC’s delaying tactics to get legitimacy.

Prisoners of War from SAC treated well by KNU/KNLA
There were 8 prisoners of war from SAC military that were caught alive by KNU/KNLA after the battle in Laykaykaw. They were provided with food, water and shelter according to the code of conduct in war.

We once again appeal to international experts to avoid using the word “Tatmadaw”. Burmese speakers never use that word to refer to Myanmar military. The word “Tatmadaw” is dynastic era word for “ marching army with the king”. That self-styled word is disgusting and cringey.
