Friendly reminder that 女子力 is not "girl power". So "女子力が高い!" should never be translated as "Wow, you have so much girl power!" 🥲
I can't decide which makes me sadder about the CR thing, the fact that they have so much money, they absolutely COULD afford to pay their translators better, or the fact that no matter how much we all say 'this is bad!', they won't change their practices.

Leaving words in their source language ('borrowing') creates learning opportunities for readers and makes things easier on the translator.
