Press articles from companies that were in the event so that they can share and promote the event + the announcement. Plus the official states this: “アニメ続編 劇場版二部作 制作決定”. Usually in JP, spaces don’t exist. But there is with “アニメ続編” and “劇場版二部作”.
102
And spaces in JPN can be used to indicate separation. So with that in mind, the news would be “Anime Sequel • 2-part Movie • In Production”. Which is why there is a lot of contradicting information right now with the site + press. 🙇🏻‍♀️ Even us Japanese fans are confused.
103
Ahhhh… the JPN press are starting to edit their articles to reflect that it’s 2-part movie release, and editing out any expressions that indicate that it’s a new season + movie. Sorry guys. 🥲

I want to have hope that the KaraNeko match will get the adaption quality that it deserves, but then I remember how they handled the Tokyo Qualifiers arcs in their OVAs and I wanna scream.

Also the official Haikyuu manga account has 100% clarified that it’s just a movie adaptation split into 2 parts. Ending the thread here. Thank you for being patient with all of the initial ambiguity. 🙇🏻‍♀️ twitter.com/haikyu_com/sta…

At least when we got clowned, we got clowned TOGETHER. And that's the real Haikyuu twitter experience.

There is a new account for the upcoming Haikyuu!! stage production! For the first time ever, Suga Kenta (who played the 1st Gen Hinata Shoyo) will be directing this production. In the announcement, he expresses that the Haikyuu!! production changed his life. @gekidan_haikyu

It also just hit me that international fans probably won't be able to watch the Haikyuu!! movies for a while since it's a theatre release.

[TRANS] Bonus Special Movie Panels: #ハイキュー_Vリーグ Oikawa and Ushijima are standing side by side, with Oikawa humming a tune. Suddenly, Oikawa turns to Ushijima and asks him: "How is my 'insignificant pride' doing so far?"
111
We get a flashback to their conversation many years ago, and as Ushijima and Oikawa stare at each other, standing more relaxed that before, he replies: "I think it's wonderful."
112
Oikawa then leans over and sticks out his tongue. "HAHAAA!!!" Meanwhile, Ushijima just stands there with a sweatdrop on his face, looking at little lost but also like he's up for a challenge.
113
Iwaizumi appears behind Oikawa, looking a little done. "Stop that. You're the same as you were back in elementary." Ushijima is walking away from all of this as Oikawa bickers back. Some panels later, we see Iwaizumi patting UshiOi on their backs as they egg each other on.

[TRANS] Bonus Special Movie Panels: #ハイキュー_Vリーグ As Team A wins, we hear Kuroo congratulating them over the speaker. We see three groups of people clapping in the crowd: Kenma & Lev with their coach, Udai and Akaashi, and Asahi, Yamaguchi and Yachi.
115
Kageyama and Hinata face each other as the match ends. Suddenly Hinata pipes up, "this is my 2018th win, and the 2020th loss!" As the two walk off together, we see Atsumu watching them from a distance. "How long it has been, that those numbers are now years..."
116
As the athletes disperse into their own worlds, we hear Kuroo narrating. "An exciting tournament where new stars are born... this isn't the end goal, but rather the beginning of it all. To all of you monsters, keep moving forward! Today, tomorrow and a hundreds years from now..."
117
"VOLLEYBALL WILL ALWAYS BE INTERESTING." - END -
118
**Made a little mistake in the final panel since the stream wasn’t super high quality. But while Oikawa and Ushijima appear to be bickering, Iwaizumi is just standing between them; laughing freely with his hands on his hips. They all look at peace.
119
I’m going to tattoo this behind my eyelids.

The fandom was losing its mind yesterday (negative) and now it’s losing its mind again (positive). What a rollercoaster ride this weekend has been, LMAO.

[TRANS] Here's the #ハイキュー10周年 illustration from Furudate-sensei! Let's celebrate with Chinese numerals! Even if they're plain-looking, they're still someone's one and only! Congratulations, and thank you so much! Thank you for supporting Haikyuu!!

ハイキュー1位 is trending right now because Haikyuu won 1st Place for Sports Manga!

Back to Furudate’s fave scenes. “Bokuto quickly loses interest for teammates who skip training. It’s a scene of horror that continues on!”
