I can't believe Sora lives in fuking Aoyama in Tokyo, which is one of the most expensive residential areas in Tokyo. The building in the distance looks like Shibuya Stream, and I am fairly certain the park you see is Aoyama Gakuin. Also, this is probably his apartment LOL. #KH4

Okay, I found the actual apartment that Sora's place is potentially modeled after. It's 245,000yen a month and located in Aoyama. Here's a picture of the model room (left is the actual real room, right is Sora's room from the trailer). Seems like he lives in a 1LDK lol...

Nomura also mentions he wanted to call the next installment Verum Rex instead of KH4 but decided against it in order to not confuse the fans with the two opposing titles. He also thought that it might worry fans of Sora. However, in-house staff refer to the game as Verum Rex.

The trailer was captured using Unreal Engine 4, but the actual game is being developed on Unreal Engine 5, which pretty much confirms it'll be a PS5 release, I think.
