Following China's imposition of a national security law on Hong Kong, the UK has confirmed that new arrangements will be put in place for British Nationals(Overseas).

The UK Home Office has updated its guidance for British Nationals (Overseas) passport holders on entering the UK under ‘Leave Outside the Rules’. These temporary arrangements were due to expire on 31 March, but have now been extended to 17 May 2021.
