Today also marks the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Taranto.
It was the first all-aircraft ship-to-ship naval attack in history, employing 21 Swordfish bombers from HMS Illustrious.

Now we are ready to train as we mean to fight and will depart tomorrow to do so.
