Paid my last respects to Gen Bipin Rawat & Mrs Madhulika Rawat. A huge loss to the nation, he had dramatically improved India's security paradigm.
I had the privilege of meeting him recently for NCC revamp work. He was down to earth, practical, & gave many actionable suggestions.

As a pilot, I've often noticed the increasing frequency of female voices in Indian airspace. So it's not at all surprising to hear from a parliamentary Q&A that 15% of India's pilots are women, 3 times the world average! & I'm sure this will keep increasing.
