Congratulations @AlboMP on your election as Prime Minister of Australia. I look forward to working with you as we reap the rewards of our comprehensive Free Trade Agreement, the AUKUS partnership and the unmatched closeness between the British and Australian people. 🇬🇧🇦🇺

Today marks a significant milestone as we offer vaccinations to millions more people who are most at risk from COVID-19. We have a long way to go and there will be challenges ahead - but together we are making huge progress in our fight against this virus.

Thank you for all you are doing to fight this virus. Let’s keep going. #StayAlert

I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas.

Whilst we are all rightly focused on beating coronavirus, we cannot lose sight of the need to protect our people and our planet from the devastating threat of climate change and biodiversity loss if nothing is done. 1/4

My letter to the @Lionesses. Best of luck in the final this evening. #WEURO2022

Team selfie! Let’s get Brexit done 🇬🇧

It's been fantastic to watch the mighty British and Irish @lionsofficial team battle the @Springboks during their tour of South Africa. We're all behind you in your final test of the series — drive for the line Lions!

You have until 10pm tonight to vote to get Brexit done!

Russia’s barbaric invasion of Ukraine has only highlighted the critical importance of the @G7 to world security. We need bold, definitive action to respond to major challenges. This is the message I will be taking to Bavaria this summer.
786
This afternoon I spoke to G7 and European leaders, as well as @ZelenskyyUa. We agreed to intensify our economic and military support for Ukraine. We also agreed more must be done to underpin food security and ensure agricultural exports can leave the country.

If you have symptoms of coronavirus, it’s important that you stay at home for seven days to help protect your friends and neighbours. More info: nhs.uk/coronavirus

If we are to defeat COVID-19, achieve a global recovery and avoid a future pandemic, then we must work together across borders.

Folks, we have just six days to get Brexit done and move this country forward. Together, we’ll get there.

I'm supporting Lord @danielmgmoylan's amendment to the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill that would give London councils the power to oppose Sadiq Khan's ULEZ expansion. Local authorities should have the final say on Khan's ruinous cash-grab.

We’re recruiting 20,000 more police and giving them the powers they need to tackle crime. #PeoplesPMQs

We will be reopening our embassy in Kyiv, demonstrating our solidarity with the Ukrainian people. And the UK government is helping to collect evidence of war crimes. Russia must be held to account for its actions. 2/2

We cannot allow our country to be dependent on Russian oil & gas. An important part of the British Energy Security Strategy is our plan to deliver eight new nuclear reactors, the equivalent of one a year, powering millions of homes with clean, safe, and reliable nuclear energy.
794
But now more than ever, we must pull together. With every jab that goes into our arms, we are tilting the odds against Covid and in favour of the British people. And, thanks to the miracle of science, not only is the end in sight but we know exactly how we will get there. 2/3

We’ve got the deal. It’s oven ready. Vote Conservative tomorrow to get Brexit done 🇬🇧

On VE Day, as we remember those who sacrificed their lives in WW2, we also think of those who've died and suffered in Russia’s illegal invasion of Ukraine.    Our respect for those who fought strengthens our determination to support Ukrainians today.    #WeStandWithUkraine

Pleased to see the removal of Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe’s ankle tag, but her continued confinement remains totally unacceptable. She must be released permanently so she can return to her family in the UK, and we continue to do all we can to achieve this.

We were the first nation in the world to administer a vaccine, and one of the fastest in Europe to roll it out. We kept open this winter while others locked down. And we’re the first to emerge from Omicron because we delivered the fastest booster campaign in Europe.
