The vote on @neill_bob wrecking amendment. If it passes, we put courts back in when it goes to the Lords. If it fails, we put entire amendment back in the Lords. 👏

Latest: Government *deliberately* tabled their amendment 2nd to preclude the Speaker accepting a manuscript amendment. Now 100% certain this was to prevent a Commons vote on the #GenocideAmendment

I think we'll be looking at mass abstentions tomorrow. The #GenocideAmendment passed the Lords with a 171 vote majority. The Government is preventing the @HouseofCommons from voting on it at all.

BREAKING: there will be no vote on the #GenocideAmendment tomorrow. Even if we beat the Government's wrecking amendment, it will not be possible to "ungroup" the two amendments it seeks to wreck.
