i’ve been talking ab it a lot but am i the only one that’s completely terrified of how instagram is pushing a very unhealthy relationship w social media by promoting ur content the more you use their site? like little 2 no visibility unless you’re using the app for hours a day?

We’re so accustomed to seeing people’s success on social media that we forget how many times they’ve had to scrap an idea, or toss a sample. Sometimes things won’t pan out the way you want it to, but that’s okay because you have to fail a few times to learn how to succeed

you do not have to post every day to find success on social media. in fact, you shouldn’t post every day in general. the narrative that you have to push yourself and post every day to grow is toxic and shouldn’t be promoted. pls remember that you’re human. you deserve breaks

you don’t have to create new art every day. take some time off to rest and recharge. time off is just as important as time working. life is about balance!!

you don’t have to post art 3 times a week to grow ur social media if you don’t feel like making art to post 3 times a week. don’t burn yourself out. make art on your terms when YOU feel like it. take care of yourself please
